Distilled from barley sourced less than six miles from the Kingsbarns Distillery, our flagship single malt DOOCOT has enjoyed a longer maturation in cask, maintaining balance and developing complexity.

THE NOSE: Sweet and floral, soft brown sugar with banana cake batter and

tropical notes

THE PALATE: Pineapple syrup, summer berries and a hint of rhubarb

THE FINISH: Kiwi fruit and citrus zest

Distilled from Fife-grown barley, BALCOMIE is a fruity, light and balanced whisky bottled from 100% ex-Oloroso casks.
BALCOMIE has been matured in American oak casks previously used for maturing Oloroso in the solera system. 
Sweetly complex and elegant, BALCOMIE is rich with baking spices, dried fruit and tropical character.

THE NOSE: Sultanas, fruit loaf with cinnamon icing, brown sugar a touch of

dark chocolate with summer berries

THE PALATE: Sweet tinned pineapple, orange peel, baking spices

THE FINISH: Dried apricot and hints of roast hazelnut
